installation does not work

I downloadet betheme on my pc.
When I click on installation in wordpress, it starts to upload. After a very long time of loading it stops and says "Verbindung zum Server wurde unterbrochen" (no connection to the server any more?) I tried several times but it does not work out. My hoster is world for you. I asked them about this problem. They say: No support for other software. Has it to do with my hoster? What can I do?
