How do you install pop-out menu like in the demo?

I've done a search, and I'm sorry if this question has been I asked before, but I couldn't find the answer. Unfortunately, I don't know what the name of the thing I'm looking for is.
I chose betheme because when I was browsing on themeforest, I really liked the demos that had a pop-out menu that floated on the left hand side. On the writer demo it's a little icon that says 210+ websites, and when you click it a side panel pops out with pictures linking to other demos that are available. If you click it again it hides the panel.
It's the reason I chose betheme, so I'm hoping it's part of the theme? I would really appreciate someone telling me how to add it to my site.

this popup is not a part of theme and you can not install it. This is for demo purposes and such feature requires lot's of customization in theme files.
