How do you specify the color of a divider?

For example, if I want to create a white single line divider, can I do this:

[divider height="1" style="default" line="default" color="#fff" themecolor="0"]

To change divider color, you need to use extra css but this item does not have an option to use individual colors per lines. So if that's ok, please use:

hr { background-color: #000 !important; }
