HOME PAGE BLOG SET UP

Hello,
In your demo content I say the blog layout I want to incorporate on my home page. I've attached a snap shot of the demo content I like and a snap shot of how I shows up in my home page. I've since taken it down because it doesn't look right but the pictures attached show what I'm taking about.
In the demo content there is one large picture blog post and then four recent posts listed to the right of the main blog post.
I want this design for my home page:
The section after "What's New On Our Blog":
It has 1 main post and 4 recent post to the right side.
On my blog, I can't get the picture to be large and square...the blog picture stays small and rectangular and the four recent posts pulls the most recent post plus three more...I want the four most recent posts to be those that follow the main post - so their isn't a repeat of the same post.

which images shows what you mean? Because we do not see any images attached into this message.
Next time, if you don't know how things were made, we suggest to create extra WP instance where you can import demos and check how things were done. This is the fastest and simplest way to learn how we did it.
Also, Where do I change the setting for Blog News? I can't find that setting page in the link you provided?
If I go to Be|Theme Options from my WP dashboard and click on Blog -- I don't have an option to change the setting for "Blog News".
Blog News is an item what means it's settings you can find under item options in Muffin Builder http://pasteboard.co/gl0XaHqCy.png - you must look in the wrong place or you just don't know where Muffin Builder is. Can I get the Blog News settings I want using Visual Composer?
