I have purchased betheme yesterday via theme forest. I am working on my domain kqips.com via aplus. I installed the zip folder and got 2 sub folders ( betheme.zp + betheme-child.zip), this is the link for my theme http://themeforest.net/item/betheme-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/7758048
however when i went to my wordpress to upload , it fail and this message appear
" The requested URL was rejected. If you think this is an error, please contact the webmaster.
Your support ID is: 5378948895119868588 "
Can any one help to solve this issue, and what are the proper guides for it.

we are not sure what you exactly do but all info about proper theme installation you can read at http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#installation because it looks like you do it wrong way.
