Revolution Slider "Ajax Error!! error"

Hi there

I can't save settings in revolution slider configuration, a message "Ajax Error!! error" appears. None of the plugins are activated except Revolution slider so I suddenly can't make new sliders or save changes to old ones without getting this error.

What can i do?

Hi,

we recommend to remove slider files via FTP and install slider once again. Plugin files are located under /plugins/ folder inside theme package. But if this won't help, we suggest to remove theme files and upload them once again via FTP as well of course.

Hi i have done all that but still have had no success and still get the slider Ajax error. Help!

What's your slider, theme and Wordpress versions?

Slider version 5.2.6 Betheme Version 14.9 Wordpress 4.6.1

Ok, thanks. However, it's very weird that you get ajax error while everything looks good. So the only thing that left and we can suggest is to remove completely everything and install new/fresh WP, theme and Slider Revolution on fresh/new database.
