Menu disappear when Responsive on

When Responsive on , Menu disappear ,
If i add this CSS , menu appear :
#Top_bar.loading.is-sticky { display: block !important ; }
But menu still not work in Mobile !

Hi,
as you can see on

you got lot's of javascript errors in console and that's why menu does not load. Please fix those errors first and everything would be fine.
