Background don't stay fixed

Hi!

I'm doing 4 sites using BeTheme at the time, and all are in trouble with the Background Image.

I want to let them fixed, use the fixed option, cover, but they are not. I tried the CSS and could not too.

Is it a bug?

we did checked both sites and the backgrounds on both sites are fixed already.

I see now... In Firefox works fine...

But in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge i got the error

Sorry but we can not agree as it's fine in both (Chrome and Microsoft Edge) what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/25cqAXwO0.png for example.

I'm tested on PC...

Google Chrome version:

Versão 53.0.2785.101 m (64-bit)

I think it's a bug in the new version of Chrome

I tested on a Safari on Mac and also appears OK

We have no idea where the problem is but we checked in Chrome on PC as well and it's fine as well.
