How do I change the permanent URL only the portfolio?
We have a blog and so we have to use "www.nemtemnome.com/blog/%postname%/ " and the portfolio items URL looks like:
www.nemtemnome.com/blog/portfolio/portfolio-item
Is there any way to change that ?

you can change portfolio-item slug only and this could be changed under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Portfolio section.
