How to get Header Menu like this site

I don't see a layout like this in the theme options to have the social icons inline with the main nav and abiity to put a button in the very top right?

Can someone point me to how to accomplish this?

    On which demo version you have seen that option? Because we think that we don't have anything like that included into theme.

    BTW Website you mentioned above is not based on our theme. Owner of this domain is changing themes for his website really often.
