Post showing up in category I didn't select

One of my posts is showing up on the homepage in an area reserved for "development" stories although the post is not categorized as "development." Why is this and how can it be fixed? Thanks.

The story I linked to is showing up in the "top story" category and in the "development" category. It is showing up twice on my homepage; it should only appear once. It is not tagged "development."

So maybe you didn't set Blog page properly? Did you set blog page exactly the way as it was explained on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#blog ?
