Anchor menu in website (not one-page)
I've made a submenu in my main menu, because there are several different parts on my page.
When I click an item in the submenu, I want it to scroll to the right part of the page. One problem: My site is not a one-page.
Is there a plugin, CSS or shortcode that I can use so I can keep using the submenu?

to do what you ask for, you need to use One Page option. All details about One Page you can find on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#menu and please notice that there is no other way to do what you need.
