Icons not displaying correctly after update.

I did an update on 2 of my client's websites last night for Betheme and all the plugins and the Wordpress, so everything is up to date and at the latest versions, but since last night the icons is going mad. It's a one pager website, so way at the bottom of the contact us section, the shortcodes for the various icons is as follow:

[icon type="icon-email"] International orders: [email protected]
[icon type="icon-email"] Local orders: [email protected]
[icon type="icon-location"] 6 Pepler Street | Rosslyn | Pretoria | 0200
[icon type="icon-paper-plane"] P.O. BOX 3518 | Pretoria | 0200
But what displays on the front-end is not the same as what it was before the update. See http://metalbadgeandbutton.com/ and http://1000km.co.za/
It's only since I updated.
The above shortcodes is put in in a text ox in a Visual Composer row, but to double check I added a Muffin builder Icon Box and added the phone icon and it came out as a TV or computer screen, what ever that image is.
Any ideas whats wrong?

please clear cache and then remove all extra plugins (including cache) and check because we think this is the reason why some icons does not display properly.
