update does not work

HI, I bought the theme a few months ago but I have not used it yet. My first installation seemed to be working. I have just started to use it more for my own website and updated the theme via WP. Since the update, my visual composer does not install as it ask me a licence key. (see screenshots if you can see them)
I am trying to create a portfolio but visual composer is also not showing on my page for me to make the edits. 
Please can you help?
