Fixed section background image not fixed ?

Hi BeTheme !

With the latest upgrade of BeTheme, every section with background image defined as "center no-repeat fixed cover" is no more fixed.

There is a CSS rule in layout.css that overwrite "fixed" property with "scroll !important".

Is it normal or a bug?

please update to latest 14.8.1 version where this was fixed.
