Post thumbnails not showing in footer and widget
I have the issue where all post thumbnail images are not showing in the Recent Post Widget.
Have a look at stephaneparadis.com (sidebar and footer).
The resize image plugin is active and running.

you used wrong widget and that's why featured images does not show up. Instead of Wordpress default widget, you should use Muffin Recent Posts.
