How to change background menu color

Hi there, can´t figurate how to change the background color in the menu. is the "strip" (container) in the menu section. I tried in the Color section under the Menu and action bar options in Muffin options but not succed.

Hey,

did you tried to change colors under Theme options > Colors > Header section? Because this is a place where header background color can be changed.

Great, I was loking in the wrong place "Menu & Action Bar"

How can I change the transparency? I changed the header color but still si dark.

Transparency for header can be set under Theme options > Global > General section.

Thanks, but I feel so stupid. I still have the problem. Sorry.

The transparency is set off but the background image (light blue) still is dark.

This is the image (repeated) I set in the image background.

Thanks, we checked your site and didn't noticed anything wrong. It looks exactly as supposed to look like. The background image is fine of course and it's not true that it's darker than the background image that repeats itself.

Hi, thanks for the answer.

Maybe I´m not so clear, sorry.

In the picture the original image (blue) is the one I use in the menu background, but, as you can see, its show darker. I wan to see the orignal blue.

But you set transparency to 0.7 so we do not understand what is not clear? You have used custom css which is:

/* Header */
#Top_bar  { background-color: rgba(0,0,0,.7) !important; }

To make completely transparent header, you should remove above css and use below instead:

#Top_bar {
    background-color: transparent !important;
}

That was the confusion.

I did not write any custom css. I just load the BeElectric Demo. Now I understand that the demo have this custom css. Now I know where modify this.
