I could not add the attachments from betheme

Hello, I have the problem with the attachments from beTheme, If I go to BeTheme Demo Data, and I would like to download the attachments too, after a while nothing happens. If I don't select the attachments the theme download works (but without the attachments, but I need the pictures)

I already saw that some other guys had the same problem, BUT, I have this problem only today, yesterday everything worked well, I installed WP without problems and after that I could install/download the BeTheme Demo Data WITH attachments, and that was many times possible. 

After 2 hours I tried another Demo Data and the attachments couldn't download more. WHY???

I looked in APPEARANCE > System Status > and there was one row in red / PHP Max Input Vars

I changed the PHP.ini file on my database and in the System Status is everything okay now.


But I still can not download the Attachments in Download Data.

    Hi,

    when your server is trying to download attachments, it need to download it from our server. So if everything was fine in the past and suddenly stopped working now, it means that something was disabled by your admin/hosting provider and you need to speak with them and ask what's the reason.
