how to let the woocommerce widget float while moving down mouse?

I want to add inquiry button on single product page and a float widget for inquiry while moving mouse down.How to do that?

I have active the add to cart button ,but it show nothing.

See the photo I want to add position 1 a button,position 2 a float widget for inquiry.

Hey,

If "Add to cart" button does not appear, the reason might be "Catalogue mode" option activate under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop section. But about the floating widget, we are sorry but we do not have anything like this included unfortunately.

I try to turn off Catalogue mode,it show ok in single product.But when I add variable products it show add to cart button again.Can you help me?

Sorry but we really do not understand. Previously you asked us how to disable Add to Cart button so we gave you the solution. But now, you are telling us that button does not display. Sorry but we completely don't get what you want to do.

YES I want to remove add to cart buttom,but when I use variable products ,it show add to button again. I dont know how to hide this button.Pls tell me.Thanks.
