Need adding Logo on everypage. How to

Hello, I am using be theme with creative header. My header shows menu in its own style. but i need to add my logo at top on every product page category page etc. How to do so?

Ok, thanks for explanation. However, there is no other way or place for having logo in different place than header.

ok.. Thats fine.. i will do the customization with developer. One thing more is it possible to get/display cart items on hover on cart icon? Please tell this. I need it
