I try to downsize the hight of the "top bar" of my site http://www.kundenlob.at/.
Which css statement is required to do so?

Ok, now it works, thanks. So to decrease top bar height, you need to use custom css:

.header-plain:not(.menu-highlight) #Top_bar .menu > li > a span:not(.description) { line-height: 40px !important; }
#Top_bar #logo, .header-fixed #Top_bar #logo, .header-plain #Top_bar #logo, .header-transparent #Top_bar #logo { height: 40px !important; line-height: 40px !important; }
