Submenu does not work on mobile view

Hello,

Submenu on mobile does not work, but it works on the tablet (it appears just link a normal menu). If I have a set of pages under a parent page, only the parent page appears in the items list of the menu. If for example, I click on the parent item, it will not show the submenu items. Would you please help?
