On the contact page map header, the address box has a pointer that points to the wrong actual location (shows in the river 
Since there's a nice pin marker, is there a way to remove the little pointer on the bottom of the address box?

this is not a pointer. It's just a box with contact details. So to remove this little pointer, you need to use the following css:
