Muffin Builder "wraps" clearfix issue

I'm having an issue using the Muffin builder and hoping someone can help.
On a page, I have a few full-width elements but one section I need to add sidebar to it. I don't want to use one of the sidebar page layouts as I need certain elements to span full width. So I'm trying to achieve this using the sidebar widget.
So I added a "section", then have 2 "wraps" inside (via hitting the "add wrap" button at the top of the section element), one being 3/4 and the other being 1/4 (for the sidebar widgets).
It looks fine while in the editor, meaning the 3/4 wrap and 1/4 wrap being side-by-side, however, when I save and view the page, the 1/4 wrap is showing up below the 3/4. Note - I have not added any type of classes or custom css that might be causing the issue.
Now if I inspect element, and remove the clearfix class from the 3/4 wrap, it then puts the 1/4 beside it like I need.
Since it looks like the clearfix is being added automatically to each "wrap", I'm not sure how to go about achieving the layout I need for this specific section.
