Feautured image showing above portfolio single item content

For an image to appear in the portfolio grid, You need to set a feautured image on the portfolio item page right?

But now this feautured image shows on its own single portfolio item page above the content I want it to display.

Yes, featured image is necessary. But please explain what you want to do know. Remove this featured image from single portfolio page?

Are you kidding? I need a workaround? Why is the featured image showing there in the first place. I can't see that happening on any of your demo's?

Now I need extra code for something thats not supposed to be happening, or am I wrong?

No, we are not kidding and we don't understand your problem. This is how it exactly works on our demo as well. If you will have a look at http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/portfolio-item/portfolio-item-image you will see that each single portfolio page have featured images.

BTW We can't have or add any option that over 5000 users will imagine because theme with such many options can be used only on dedicated servers only while most of you use cheap vps's. And that's why usually it is much easier and faster to paste simple css into Theme options > Layout > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section. We do not thing that this is something difficult.
