Events Calendar Overlapping Fields in Details Section

Hello everyone,

I have got the Problem that there are 2 overlapping Fields in the Details Section of my Events Calendar Site. The Site gets generated by the Plugin so I dont have Control over it. It uses the Themes Css Files under the Event Calendar Settings.

I would like to have it so, that the Fields dont overlap at "Veranstaltungskategorie" and "Veranstaltung-Tags". I already tried to edit the .po and .mo Language Files of the Calendar Plugin but it doesnt seem to grab the Edits.

As I guess that its maybe a Problem of the Theme I am trying to get the Support here. If I should use the Event Calendar Plugin Support Forum I understand that aswell, however it might be a quick Fix which the Theme in general could benefit from.

The Site im talking about is : www.compactavada.bdv-intern.de/events

If you click on a Single Event and then look in the Details Section you can see the overlapping Fields. If you could provide me a quick fix or point me to the File I should edit, I would be more than happy, Thank you in Advance!

  • Hi,

    to increase the width of the column on the left side where your long words are, you need to use the following css:
    .single-tribe_events dl > dt { width: 190px !important; }
    .single-tribe_events dl > dt, .single-tribe_events dl > dd { border-width: 0 !important; }
