WooCommerce Cart + Checkout page background

Me again, trying to do the same as what I did with the product page background to these two pages:

https://employmentinnovations.com/cart/

and

https://employmentinnovations.com/checkout/

Wanting to make the section below the heading white.

Hi,

as you can see on http://pasteboard.co/mgHdqvWwy.png section below the heading is currently white. We do not get which part of page you want to change then.
