Menu not behaving properly

Hey There, I have an issue with my menu. It's not displaying the latest version of it. I thought it was a cache issue, so I disabled the server-caching option, but it still happens. My menu is supposed to be aligned to the right of the page. But for some reason it gets pushed to the left a little.

I tried resintalling the theme. It fixed the issue for a minute, and then went back to that placement again. It also doesnt display a drop down menu I'm supposed to have. Please help!

As we can see, you set 990px of the top bar width and that's why menu does not align to the right side. So to align menu to the most right, you need to use the following css:

#Top_bar .top_bar_left { width: 100% !important; }
