Color of text in ActionBar

I'd like to change color of text in ActionBar ?
How to change that?

All fonts color are set the same but color of text in ActionBar is different than I want to be.
What am I doing wrong?

Please do not use pre-defined skin and instead use "Custom" and all will be fine.

I think color settings are behaving a little strangely.
I've background color WHITE, but ActionBar isn't white. My website:
