Hi,

My response time is over 2 secs. Any idea what's causing this delay?

Hi,

2 seconds for loading isn't bad result. However, if you want to speed up your site, we recommend to use W3 Total Cache plugin.

No, My website is taking 8 -10 seconds to load. When I do a ping test, it seems to be a lot of rendering.

Please use the W3 Total Cache plugin we mentioned above and this plugin would speed up your site for sure. As we can see, you are using some plugins that extremely slow down your site.

apart from language translate, im not using anything else?

Yes, you use some plugins like: Layer Slider, Visual Composer, Contact Form by Supsystic, Forget about shortcode buttons, svg icon plugin, Rev Slider and other. So yes, you are using lot's of plugins that are not light.
