How do I get this layout? Pics attached

I am using the Insurance theme but want one of my pages to look like the "Our Center" page on Medic2. How do I get the Medic2 front box to look the same as the demo? I think it is columns but I'm not sure how to achieve this look. Please help, thanks.

yes, we used Column item on the right inside own WRAP and on the left we used empty WRAP with divider inside and we set background image for this wrap as well. Also, we put both wraps inside section which has Equal Height of Wraps | equal-height-wrap style and into Custom | Classes field we put full-width class.
If you would like to know more about what we did on this page, we recommend to create an extra WP instance and do the import of demo as it's the fastest and simplest way to learn how some things were made.
