New Menu Not Working

Hi, The new menu does not seem to work on Ipad 3 (IOS 9.5) tested in Safari & also Chrome browsers and neither work on Ipad. I have tested on my own theme along with on your Xmas 2 demo. The icon is there however clicking it does nothing. No load etc. Any ideas?

    I have the same problem, mobile menu is not working on iPad 3 and iPhone 5s.

    Hi,

    because it's a new menu, it was tested with iOS10 which is the latest required by Apple. And because we do not have devices with older versions of iOS, we suggest to update iOS of your iPad to 10.

    Hi, Ipad 3 cannot be updated to the newer IOS 10. 

    This is all the devices that cannot run IOS10
    • The iPad with Retina Display (3rd Gen) and older 9.7-inch iPads.
    • The iPad Mini.
    • The iPod Touch 5th-generation and older iPod Touch models.
    • The iPhone 4S and older iPhone models.
    Maybe a fallback option needs enabling as guess something in IOS 10 makes it work whereas previous versions don't? Would love this menu to work and guess it would impact allot of users.
