Linking to News Item Displays Mystery Man Gravatar

Hi all,

when creating a news article or post (not comment to a post) if this is then published, if I then copy the URL and post it within Facebook or Twitter for example I end up with a Mystery Man as the image. I'cannot determine if this is because I'm using Mufifn Builder on the post layout or what.

The workpress user which is being used to create the news post article has a registered Gravatar image and that all displays fine on other blog sites if I leave a comment, but for some reason if I publish the direct link to the news article I get a mystery man.
