Hi,

1. This top padding comes with VC plugin and the only way to remove it is the following css:

2. To change colors inside Hover Color item, please use:

3. Sorry but we don't get this question. What "plan" you mean? Are you talking about the map?

1. Subheader's height can be decreased under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Subheader section.

2. This is bottom margin that comes with Visual Composer plugin and if you want to remove it, you need to use the following css:

.wpb_wrapper > div { margin-bottom: 0 !important; }
