Form Font Size

Hello,

I've managed to change the colors of Form Fonts, but like to also change the size to make it a bit bigger. Can this be done through the options or via a custom CSS?

This is one of our blog posts. The form I'm most concerned about is the Comment form at the bottom of this and all the blog post pages.

As noted, I can change the color from the Theme Options, but not the size.
