Menu Items no padding + Masonry not displaying right

Hi - please have a look at my website: www.yifatshirben.com
i just installed this new theme and updating everything however when i choose the center stack header option it seems as if the menu items just "stick" to each other with no padding.

On any other header option it's fine but then my logo is too small...

Also, I picked the Masonry display with 3 coulmn and although I have a lot more than 4 posts it only shows 4 on each page insetad of 6 (looks like this is the last page when in fact there more - meaning, it doesn't fill the blank space with other posts)

can I please get some help with this?'Regards,

    Hi,

    1. Menu items are sticky because you forgot to set up main menu under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section.

    2. You can change logo size under Theme options > Global > Logo section.

    3. You have Count option under Blog item settings and if you want to display more posts per page, you need to increase Count value.

    I don't think you read my ticket well...
    1. I didn't say the menu was sticky. I said the menu items has no padding and they look like they are too close to one another. you can open my website and have a look.

    2. I understand. thx. for some reason it looks very bad on smaller scale although the original file is in good quality. Any idea why?

    3. I was referring to the home page and not the "show more posts" on a single post page. I chose the Masonic layout for the home page. It shows 3 pages but on each page it only shows 4 posts - it doesn't fill the empty space with other posts, just moves them to the next page. (again, you can look at it on my website)
