Not fully-supporting RTL!!

Hello there,
I'm using WordPress in Arabic, and as per your description, RTL languages are supported.
Actually, there are many buttons and columns didn't turn in the right direction. [check attached sample please]

One more thing.. I tried to change the White color text on Next, Prev and other buttons by Custom CSS in Muffin Group settings. But it doesn't work.
How I'm suppose to call the styles?
I know how to change it in layout.css file, but I want to keep things clean so I can update the theme later.
