Posts (news) does not look in blog-style

I have one wordpress installation for 2 different schools.

Both have different layouts. This I have adapted over layouts.

Now I would like to use the blog as news.

Can I keep reading more the normal page with the look?

When I click on readmore (weiterlesen) it should not switch to single post page.

It should remain in the same window
