how to add a gallery

I'm searching discussions and documentation. This page says that I can add a gallery anywhere I want. http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/pages/gallery/

But how??

Hey,

we use default WP gallery and all details about creating such galleries you can find on https://codex.wordpress.org/The_WordPress_Gallery and https://codex.wordpress.org/Gallery_Shortcode

We provide only additional styles for WP galleries and you can find them on http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/pages/gallery/

Thank you. When I use the WP gallery and add your additional styles, the images in the thumbnail version are blurry. If I add size="full" they are not blurry, but no longer fit to the grid. Some images become shorter or taller based on their aspect ratio. Do you know how I can keep the images in the grid square, but have them display at a higher resolution?
