pop up form now not working

After latest update the popup form isn't working. Shortcode is:

[popup title="Contact Us" padding="5" button="0"][contact-form-7 id="223" title="Pop Up"][/popup]

I have cleared my browser cache

Hi,

as you can see on http://pasteboard.co/8R7HZB3S7.png popup form is fine and we didn't noticed anything wrong.
