product details and variety

I would like to show the product details and variety one site before.

For example: http://www.barleber-fleischerei.de/shop (password: Hackfleisch) - click "Warme Speisen" -> on this this site i would like to show product details und variety. The variety are only visible if you click on the product. I would like to show the variety on the selection page too.
