Black space in between top menu and fancy heading

I cannot seem to find how to remove the space in between the top menu and the first content.

Is this something I should edit within the css or elsewhere?

This is header background for all those who want to upload image there. But if you don't like it, then turn on "Header | Minimalist" option in Theme options > Layout > Header section.
