Removing the 2nd line of the Menu items

How can i remove the 2nd line of the Menu items.

Example :
I want to keep the word - "MENU" . but i want to remove the word "Home Page" below it.

this is menu item's description and you can remove it under Appearance > Menus section. However, if you do not see Description field, you can activate it under Screen Options in the right top corner.
