Menu Titles not show up in header

Hi, I am having a problem with my menu titles. I must have changed a setting because now my menu layout is showing up as "Empty: Subpage without Header"

I have it selected as the classic header layout but it is not showing that way. I have tried refreshing and I am still getting that. I don't know what setting caused this. Please help. Here is what it looks like below.

where did you set header type exactly and what is the link of page where header type does not change to the appropriate.

Here is the main page showing the 3 line hidden menu but no menu titles in the header like selected.

I selected the header style by going to Appearance and then header and then style.

We checked and the following screenshot is showing http://pasteboard.co/hVzTD2VDk.png how your menu looks like and as you can see for yourself, it's fine.
