clear what cache? and I have absolutely no plugins installed whatsoever.

@snippymedia If you have cache then it should be deactivated/removed and clear.

This is a fresh installation and currently have not installed any caching plugins, as for my servers eAccelerator cache, that is only good for php scripts and is not affecting the theme

@esm2010 Just as we thought. The problem is related with style.php file. When we try to open this file, all we see is 404 error what you can see on http://studiom3.com.br/parceiros/primaclean/wp-content/themes/primaclean/style.php?ver=6.4

In this case you must contact with hosting provider because looks like css files with .php extension are blocked on your server.

Sorry friend, but I have at least 10 others WP sites on this server working fine. Why the sever blocked only the files on this theme?

@esm2010 Maybe other themes use static styles instead of dynamic? Our theme have tons of options and possibilities because uses dynamic styles. Maybe you never had theme with dynamic styles and that's why you never met this issue.

@muffingroup Friends, you are right. I've found the problem. For some reason the theme's folder and all files are with permission CHMODE 777 and for security the host blocks these PHP files.
