how to call style-static.css?

but i can't see style-static.css have included in the code

if you don't see such file, then just create it yourself.

You can create it thru FTP. However, if you really don't know how to create file on FTP (this is very basic thing), please contact with your web developer because you may do more harm than good.

I have put the code in style-static.css and active the Static CSS button. But i can't find the included code in the Source Code like that <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://www.savedshare.com.cn/wp-content/themes/betheme/style-static.css" media="all" />

Remove cache plugin then and check because if you did it properly, it must work.
