BUY NOW menu is not getting out

I have five BUY NOW menu present in my website lifesoulmate.com. It is saying for me to buy the theme. But i've already bought it. Please, how do I remove it?

please disable under construction because we need to check what you mean first as or it could be Action Bar located under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section or just menu item under Appearance > Menus.
