Ok, so for the "Back to top" icon on splash page, we used custom css and it's the following one:

#Footer .footer_copy a#back_to_top { background: none !important; border: 0 none; color: #fff !important; font-size: 30px; }
#Footer .footer_copy a#back_to_top .button_icon{ padding:0;}
#Footer .footer_copy a#back_to_top i { color: #898fa2; }
#Footer .footer_copy a:hover#back_to_top i { color: #fff !important; }
