SHADED BOX UNDERNEATH SUBHEADER
Hi underneath the title of one of my articles there is a long shaded rectangle with a left arrow that goes to a previous post. How do I hide this box with arrow?
Also, there are social links underneath the post publisher and date of article. How do I remove this? Thank you!

It's header's arrow navigation and you can disable it under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General section. Those social icons are Share Box and can be disabled under same section but post meta can be disabled under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog > Options section.
