Secondary Menu on Action bar

Greetings!

I have tried multiple css codes posted on the forum to change the color of the secondary menu shown on the action bar, but it remains the same, anything I might be doing wrong? Thanks in advanced

Thank you for the response, unfortunately I've tried that code as well and no luck, I have also tried the social CSS code, doesn't work either, any setting I may have to look into? Thank you in advanced.

Please send us link to page where you put this css then and it does not work.
